How we think about pricing
AI calls cost real money — every Claude request bills against our compute budget. We use a credit bucket so the price stays predictable for you and sustainable for us. 100 credits covers heavy daily use; if you blow through them, an extra pack tops you up without committing you to a higher tier. We'd rather you upgrade because the platform earns it, not because you tripped over a paywall.

Is SigmaThesis financial advice?
No. SigmaThesis is an information and education tool. All AI outputs, valuations, and alerts are analysis — not investment advice. You decide what to do with the information.
What counts as an AI credit?
One AI call = one credit. That includes thesis generation, chart analysis, valuation guidance extraction, portfolio review, and the dashboard daily summary. Free features (charts, fundamentals, alerts, portfolio tracking, calendar) never consume credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Pro features that require AI calls show a notice and stop until you buy an Extra Pack (+50 for $5) or wait for the period reset. Non-AI Pro features (Sensitivity Matrix interactivity, auto-monitoring, advanced alerts) keep working.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is monthly with no commitment. Cancel from your account settings — you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is my data private?
Your portfolio, watchlist, and thesis history are stored in your account and never shared. AI requests are sent to Anthropic (Claude) anonymously without your account email.
When will payments be enabled?
Currently in closed beta with hand-selected users (admin emails). Public payments via Paddle launching soon — Paddle handles EU VAT, invoicing, and refunds so we can focus on building.
